Frances Burnett is the Vice President of Development.  As a mission focused nonprofit professional, she is committed to impact and making a difference in the lives of others.   Working together with an equally passionate team, Frances is charged with securing philanthropic support for the Home of Guiding Hands.  With more than 20 years in the nonprofit sector, her expertise is in building community engagement.  She holds a master’s degree in Nonprofit Administration and is a member in good standing of the Association of Fundraising Professionals.  Her work has previously supported Rady Children’s Hospital Foundation, the American Cancer Society, Hubbs-SeaWorld Research Institute, and Feeding San Diego.  Frances is a native San Diegan, has three grown children, and resides with her husband, Bob, in the East County.
