We help individuals take part in enjoyable and meaningful activities and meet others with shared interests.
Tailored Day services are authorized in the amount of 37 hours per month.
Services are authorized and funded by the Regional Center. Regional Center contracts with HGH to fund a certain number of hours for each client on a monthly basis.
Staff can provide transportation in their personal vehicles when needed, although wheelchair-accessible transportation cannot be guaranteed. Any time that is spent transporting clients is deducted from the client’s authorized hours. Program participants are encouraged and supported to use public transportation whenever possible.
Staff can provide minimal personal care and physical support (verbal prompts, reminders, light physical assistance). If more significant support is needed, please contact your Regional Center Service Coordinator to get an appropriate referral.
HGH’s Tailored Day program does not provide behavior support. If you need behavior support, please contact your Regional Center Service Coordinator to get an appropriate referral.
HGH often serves people in multiple programs. Whether receiving several services at the same time or when transitioning from one HGH program to another, we will provide the support you need.
